Why SOF Suite

Why SOF Suite?

SOF Suite processes the entire case, from client intake to a filing-ready binder, with review built into every step.

Confidence in the work product.

Every figure is checked against the document it came from. Clerical errors are eliminated before your team ever reads the draft.

Greater capacity.

Prepare cases in a fraction of the time and take on more clients without overloading the team.

A better workday.

No more late nights hunting statements. SOF Suite does the tedious work; your professionals do the legal work.

Human review at the end of every phase.

AI prepares. Your team approves.

Security first

Your client's data stays in your control.

Client confidentiality is the foundation of this product. Here is exactly how it works, in plain terms.

Your files stay on your machine.

SOF Suite runs locally. When you upload client documents, they are stored on your computer and nowhere else. There is no SOF Suite document cloud. We could not look at your client files if we wanted to.

AI processing through the Anthropic API.

To analyze documents, SOF Suite sends them to the Anthropic API over an encrypted connection. This is the same pattern firms already trust when Gmail processes their email or Dropbox processes their files. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train AI models. The results come back to your machine, and that is the end of the trip.

What our servers store.

Your login, your user permissions, and a count of cases processed for billing. That is all. No client documents. No client names. No case facts.

How a document moves through SOF Suite

Nothing stored in the middle.

What we store

  • Your login.
  • Your user permissions.
  • A count of cases processed, for billing.

What we never store

  • Client documents.
  • Client names.
  • Case facts.
  • Investor financial data.

How it works

From client intake to a filing-ready case.

Each step ends in a deliverable your team can see, check, and approve before the case moves forward. You stay in control throughout: every deliverable is fully editable, in the app or in the Word / PDF document itself.

Trust and accuracy

More review, fewer clerical errors.

The platform shows its work: every figure resolves to its source, every claim to its evidence. AI reviews every step of the work product, and a human reviews the result.

Every claimEvery figure traced to its source. No source, no claim.
Every stepAI drafts, a human reviews — required, but streamlined.
Every caseAssembled by AI, reviewed by legal staff, signed by an attorney.

When a figure is questioned, the answer is one click.

The declaration opens the exhibit, the exhibit opens the statement, the statement shows the transaction. No folder archaeology.
